BOOTAH JARDIN FLORISTS LTD. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following carefully, as all customers must agree to the terms and conditions when placing an order. We are unable to accept orders from any customers who do not agree to the following:
“Delivery Date” means the date that your Order is scheduled to be delivered;
“Item” or “Items” means flowers, supplies, or any product available for sale or rent on our Website;
“Order” means the purchase or rental of Items made by you on our Website;
“We”, “Our” or “Us” means Bootah Jardin Florists Ltd.;
“Website” means www.bootahjardin.com
1.1 Before placing an order, customers must first confirm availability for their date.
1.2 All Orders must be placed through email. Following your Order, you will receive a response including the details of your Order. It is your responsibility to review the details of this communication and inform us immediately of any corrections.
1.3 Orders must be placed at least four (4) weeks in advance of the requested Delivery Date. We may, in our discretion, accept Orders placed less than four (4) weeks in advance if we are certain that we will be able to fulfill the Order.
1.3 The minimum bulk flower Order is $50.00 before all applicable taxes. We may, in our discretion, accept bulk flower Orders below this value if we are able to meet our purchasing minimum.
2.1 Payment for all Orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. For orders received in excess of 90 days before the delivery date, and at the customer's request, We are able to arrange a 30% deposit with balance due 30 days before the event date.
2.2 All payments must be made through Paypal, personal cheque, or e-transfer
3. Changes and Cancellation
3.1 To change or cancel an Order, you must contact us at email@example.com and provide:
- (a) your full name;
- (b) your Order number/details;
- (c) the Delivery Date.
3.2 We will only accept requests to add additional Items to an existing Order if we are certain that we will be able to fulfill that request.
3.3 Requests to decrease the number of Items of an existing Order, or cancellation of an entire Order, are subject to the following terms:
- (a) A cancellation made more than one (1) month prior to the Delivery Date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $7.50;
- (b) A cancellation made less than one (1) month prior to the Delivery Date will not receive a refund.
3.4 All refunds will be made in the same method as payment received.
4.1 We deliver to the areas listed in Appendix “A” at the rates provided.
4.2 Orders are delivered between 10:00am and 4:00pm, seven days per week. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or time of day (i.e. morning versus afternoon). However, if requested, we will provide you with a one to two hour window during which your Order will be delivered.
4.3 You must ensure that an adult is present to accept the delivery of your Order. If no one is at the delivery location to accept the delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a subsequent Delivery Date and you will be charged an additional delivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt. If, in our discretion, we believe that it is possible, we may attempt to deliver your Order a second time on the original Delivery Date at no additional cost.
4.4 We will deliver your Order to the main door of your delivery location and it is your responsibility to transport your Order from that point.
5. Flower Orders
5.1 Due to circumstances outside our control (i.e. weather, import issues, pest outbreaks, etc.) certain flowers/varieties can be unavailable at times. In those situations, a full refund of the unavailable item will be provided.
6.1 We may require your signature to accept the delivery of your flowers. Any concerns about the flowers must be brought to our attention at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for the condition of the flowers once they are in the full care of the customer.
7.1 We offer pick-up as an alternative to delivery for our customers. All pick-ups must be scheduled in advance.
7.2 We are not responsible for the tranport conditions of flowers that are picked up from our location. The customer is responsible for arranging the appropriate vehicle size when opting for pick-up versus delivery, and assumes responsibility to secure the flowers during transport. Any damage that occurs during transport is the responsibility of the customer.
